SFL 2025 Kicks of with a Bang!!

The 2025 Sunday Football League commenced on Sunday 13 April with four games over two venues. 

The season kicked off at Falcon Park with hosts South Mandurah taking on Innaloo. Both these teams will have have their eyes on finals in 2025. It was South Mandurah who gained ascendancy in the last quarter running out winners and starting their season off on the right foot.

The remaining clubs clubs gathered together at Queens Park Reserve to undertake the Sunday Football Leagues first in season triple header. 

It kicked off with Kongamia up against Beecboro with Beechboro too strong in the end managing a comfortable victory. 

In the next match Dwellingup, making their return to League were up against Midland. In a really competitive hit out Midland came away with the win against a young Dwellingup side with plenty of upside.

To finish off the day it was the side Queens Park up against the premiership favourites in Balga. It was a comprehensive Balga win against a Queens Park unit still finding their feet.
